Race Photos- 2007

Carlos Padilla isn't just the editor of The Herald (a local newspaper), he's also my friend.  Carlos graciously volunteered to shoot the race photos and this is a sprinkling of the shots he took. He seemed to be everywhere, putting in his own miles as he photographed runners from the top of the forest trail spur, at the finish line, and at points between.  Carlos gave me permission to post his photos here - he's that kind of guy!

I originally loaded just about all he gave me, but the volume crashed the site more than once, and so I've trimmed down the gallery to give as good an overview as possible.  My apologies to those of you not featured below, in the end I had to choose the photos by the stories they depict or the landscape they include.
